All patterns, designs, photographs, and instructions available on this site and in my Etsy shop are © Claire Harvey Design and remain my property. Purchasing a pattern gives you a license to use it as set out below — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design to you.

What You Can Do

• Use the pattern to stitch as many finished items as you like, yourself, by hand

• Sell items you've hand made yourself using my patterns, in person or online (a small credit such as "pattern by Claire Harvey Design" is always appreciated, though not required)

• Print or save the pattern for your own personal use

What You Can't Do

• Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the pattern itself (as a PDF, printout, photocopy, or in any other form) — each pattern is licensed for the buyer's own use only

• Claim the design, instructions, or photographs as your own

• Use the pattern to create items for mass production, or allow anyone else to stitch items from the pattern for sale — the license to make and sell finished items is personal to you as the buyer; someone else making items from your copy of the pattern isn't covered

Digital Delivery

All patterns are sold as instant digital downloads through Etsy. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and I'm unable to offer refunds once a pattern has been downloaded, in line with Etsy's policy on digital items.

Custom Work

I don't currently offer custom pattern design or commissions. This page will be updated if that changes in future.
